- clients;
- suppliers;
- trial participants;
- job applicants seeking employment with Flawless Health;
- shareholders;
- contractors;
- other people who may come into contact with Flawless Health;
Flawless Health is not bound by the NNPs in relation to Flawless Health’s treatment of employee records if the treatment is directly related to current or former employment relationships between Flawless Health and an employee.
How Flawless Health Collects Personal Information
Generally, Flawless Health will collect personal information directly from an individual, when they deal with Flawless Health by telephone, letter, fax or email. Flawless Health usually collects information such as the individual’s name, address, contact number and email address. Flawless Health may collect sensitive information during product trials and would only collect sensitive information with the individual’s consent.
Flawless Health may also collect personal information about a person from someone else. For example, Flawless Health may collect personal information from:
- a company for whom an individual works;
- other organisations with whom an individual has any dealings.
How Flawless Health Uses Personal Information
Flawless Health uses personal information for the primary purpose for which it was collected, or for secondary purposes which are related to the primary purpose. Generally, Flawless Health uses personal information for the following purposes:

What Happens if Personal Information is Not Provided?
If personal information is not provided on request, Flawless Health may not be able to provide the relevant products or services.

Flawless Health may disclose an individual’s personal information for the purpose which was either specified or reasonably apparent at the time when the information was collected. Depending on the circumstances, Flawless Health may disclose personal information to:
- its service providers and specialist advisers;

Flawless Health protects personal information from loss, misuse, modification and disclosure. Flawless Health uses industry standard safeguards to ensure the security of personal information through physical, electronic and managerial procedures.
